What we require from you before we come to your property
When we arrive on your property, we confirm that the water damage is not caused by faulty waterproofing or a leak on the pipes which transports rain water from the roof. We eliminate the possibility that the water leak emanates from the heating system. We then test the installation pipes which supply water to property first. If those pipes are not leaking, we test the waste water from the property.
For us to achieve this, we need the following:
Parking or a place within a short distance to the building. (We have a lot of equipment)
If you live high up in a building that does not have an elevator, we ask that you advise us in advance so that we can bring assistance.
Access to the area (or property) above the water damaged surface.
Access to a main shut off valve for the apartment or home.
We will need confirmation that all your taps close properly.
We might need to switch off your water heater, so please ensure that this is possible.
We might need an electrical point nearby to power specialized equipment
We will need you to know what type of heating system you have and if that heating system uses water, we will need to access to the shut off valves for it.
